This Contract is made as per the model Direct Selling Guidelines by the Government of India and the Indian Contract Act 1872, and governs the relationship between Dibang Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and the Independent Distributor.
Appointment as Independent Distributor to promote and resell products in India.
No fee is charged for distributor registration.
Cooling-off period of 30 days for cancellation and full refund of goods.
Buyback policy for refund within 30 days in case of product return.
Termination for violation of policies or non-performance.
