Shipping & Refund
We strive to deliver products purchased through our platform in good condition and as fast as possible. Estimated delivery time varies by location.
Shipping
Deliveries occur between 8 am and 8 pm. Tracking information and estimated delivery schedules are provided at the time of dispatch.
Refunds
If products are damaged, incorrect, or missing, customers must notify within 48 hours. Refunds or re-shipments are processed after verification.
Returns
Return requests for eligible products must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by the original invoice.
