We strive to deliver products purchased through our platform in good condition and as fast as possible. Estimated delivery time varies by location. Deliveries occur between 8 am and 8 pm. Tracking information and estimated delivery schedules are provided at the time of dispatch.
Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery. If products are damaged, incorrect, or missing, customers must notify within 48 hours. We offer refunds or re-shipments as applicable after proper verification.
Return requests for eligible products must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, sealed (if applicable), and accompanied by the original invoice.
