Request Account Deletion
If you no longer wish to use your Dibang Wellness account, you can request its deletion along with your personal data.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us from your registered email ID at dibangwellness@gmail.com.
- Include your Associate ID or mobile number used for registration.
- Mention the subject: Account Deletion Request.
What Happens Next?
- Your account and login access will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.
- All personal and sensitive data including name, contact, address, KYC details, and order history will be erased.
- For legal or compliance purposes, transaction records may be retained (without personal identifiers).
